Yesterday morning, Samantha and I had this conversation...
Samantha, sitting on the stairs wrapped up in a towel, said: Last night, there got to be a little tiny bit of water in my panties. So, I had to get this towel from the bathroom and sleep on it the rest of the night.
Me: Water in your panties?
Samantha: Just a little tiny bit.
Me: How do you think you got water in your panties?
Samantha: I think it was magic water that just came from the bathroom sink and magically landed in my panties and on my bed.
Me, trying not to laugh: Um, actually, Sam, I think maybe you wet the bed a little bit last night.
Samantha, adamantly: No Mom. It was magic water. From the bathroom. I KNOW it was.
Well, since she hasn't wet the bed in about a year, we let it slide. And who knows... maybe it really WAS magic water?!

That's hilarious! Thanks for the laugh, Samantha.
Dang, if I had only known about "magic water" when I was still waking up a bit wet until I was like 7 years old.
Sammie is just too adorable.
Ha! Magic Water. I love the stuff kids come up with.
I wonder where she got the idea of "magic water"?? She's such a doll.
I think it's adorable how she doesn't like "MEAN" things. She covers her eyes or leaves the room when something mean or scary-looking comes on the t.v. I can understand that really fine. I was a bit surprised that that carried over into BOOKS. And I thought it was really cute of her, as I was reading the story of "Rapunzel" to her the other day. In the pictures, when the witch started cutting off the braids of Rupunzel's hair, Sammie put both hands over her eyes and just barely peeked out between her fingers to make sure I had turned the page! She was too tender-hearted to see poor Rapunzel get her hair cut off! Isn't that cute?? (maybe those fairy-tales give her the idea of "magic", eh??) Love, Mom
Hi Kamber,
What a cute family picture that is of you guys! Your hair is so cute cut like that. I wish I could figure how to style mine without using a can of hairspray each time.
Congratulations on your pregnancy! I hope your feeling better by now. I always ask your mom how you are, and she says your still sick so I'm wishing you well! Take care.
