I know it probably seems like all I ever write about is us going somewhere or people coming to visit us. I guess those are the main happenings around here worth reporting. So... yet again, I write about our latest guests. My mission companion, Tiffney Smith, was here last weekend with two of her sisters. They're doing a little Ireland tour to celebrate her 30th birthday. Fun! Also, they were in and around London for a few days, staying with us, and will be in Paris as well for a couple days before they go home. Talk about big travelers!

Samantha and I joined them for a day in Brighton. It was worth all the waiting in traffic, once we finally got there. The weather was gorgeous and the water looked spectacular. We walked along the beach and out on the pier. For those who have been to Santa Monica Pier in L.A., this is similar, only English and colder.

Sam enjoyed the Bob the Builder toy tractor. At first she wanted to eat Bob's nose and cheeks, which I did not allow. Then she wanted to eat his steering wheel, which was also off limits. So then she smiled politely for the picture and was removed from the vehicle until she can learn to keep her mouth to herself.

Sam, Tiff and I rode the carousel together. Sam liked it, but mainly wanted to get down, and crawl around, which is against the rules. I tried to tell her they'd kick us off if she didn't sit still, but she didn't listen too well. Cutie.

But Kamber, Samantha LOVES Bob the Builder! Could she please just stay and put her mouth all over the steering wheel? Please? That is really funny. She and Brielle are one and the same. I'm glad you had fun with your visitors.
I enlarged and printed off the picture of you and Sammi on the carousel, and the look on Sammi's face is one of PURE DELIGHT! She's SO HAPPY to get to be up there with Mama---doing that FUN STUFF!!
I sure would love to be able to hold her and get to see those looks of delight IN PERSON!! (thoughts of a lonesome Grandma!)
